Hope  is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune - without the words,
And never stops at all...

I am a client-focused psychotherapist and I believe the level of success in treatment begins with the development of the client-therapist relationship. From this base, I can support you in moving away from personal pain, and I can help in facilitating change. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process which involves active participation. It is important in my practice to provide a confidential and non-judgmental setting. This is essential for exploring issues and generating solutions.

My practice is to listen as deeply as I can to both what is said and what is not said in each therapeutic session. This allows us to bring to awareness the underlying sources of pain or misery, and also to identify sources of strength.

In my therapeutic approach I utilize an eclectic blend of conventional therapies and alternative methods of healing. My approach varies naturally with each client, depending on his or her individual needs and style. I value a holistic perspective, which means I view you as a complete person, not simply a mind, or an experience or trauma, or even just a body in pain. I see you as a unique collection of mind, body, spirit. I promote increased self awareness and knowledge, which develops emotional, physical, and spiritual balance.
